Due to the current covid -19 situation we must alter the way we operate to keep social distancing and have therefore decided to try an outdoor toyfair. We have had to introduce some TEMPORARY measures to enable this to happen.
YOUR SAFETY
Your co-operation and understanding is appreciated. Please help us re-open safely:
- Abide by the new way of operating
- Bring and use your own PPE – gloves, mask and sanitiser
- Please do not touch anything on the stalls without the permission of the stall holders
- Keep social distancing at all times. BE alert…keep safe
RUBBISH – PLEASE RESPECT THE LOCAL COMMUNITY AND TAKE ALL RUBBISH WITH YOU
TOILETS - WILL BE AVAILABLE AS USUAL INSIDE THE BUILDING, THE REST OF THE BUILDING WILL BE CLOSED.
REFRESHMENTS – ARE NOT AVAILABLE PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN
STALL HOLDERS TABLES – WILL NOT BE PROVIDED PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN, KEEP YOUR TABLES A SAFE DISTANCE OF 2 METRES FROM YOUR NEIGHBOUR. USE YOUR TABLES TO PROVIDE SOCIAL DISTANCING AROUND YOUR PITCH
WEATHER - As the event date nears please keep an eye on the weather forecast so that you can be prepared.
- Bring appropriate clothing and skin protection against the sun
- Consider displaying your items in waterproof plastic trays with lids
- Consider the use of Gazebo, awning or similar
- Consider displaying your items in a way that removes the need for “rummaging”
- Consider providing sanitiser at your stall for your customers to use
